News & Behind the Scenes
That is a picture wrap! 📽🎬🎥
8 days of shooting, $15,000 raised, several setbacks including dealing with covid bullshit, and we still found a way to keep production going and finished. I cannot thank my team enough and I feel lucky to be surrounded by so many talented and ambitious people. Much love to everyone that helped me get this from script to screen and making my dream a reality. We are currently raising funds for Post Production and Film Festival Entries. It's not too late to donate or become an Executive Producer!
Soon we will be pitching this to Hulu and Netlfix (hopefully more including HBO) as well as entering it into all the Major Film Festivals Worldwide!!! 📽🎬🎥
Pictures below are from Days 4,5,6,7,8 shot on January 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th and 15th of 2022...

I have MAJOR respect for the gaffers and lighting department. They literally add stokes of paint with light just like a painter would. Here is Chief of Lighting Bernie Tarin with Assistant Director Justin Bird on figuring one of the setups out.
This mysterious box will change the entire plot line of "The Soundguy"! What could possibly be inside?

It was super fun bringing the Ambulance out and shooting with this cast/crew. What a blast!

Days 1,2,3 are Wrapped!
That is a Motherfuckin Burrito wrap on the first 3 day shoot of "The Soundguy". We really created some magic the last few days and I cannot thank my cast and crew enough. Seriously! Everyone went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined and I am even more pumped to start prepping for the shoot in December. As much fun as I love acting, I feel a MILLION times more comfortable Writing and Directing, and in a weird way I feel like I found my calling. Super stoked for the next shoot!
